TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning Kaman you hereby accept these terms of service:
1. COMMISSION INFORMATION
When commissioning me it is your responsibility to ensure that you have given me all the relevant information about your commission (Including pose, expressions, the reference of your characters, or any other things that I ask for) they are for making the commission more accurate and I will never use them for personal uses
2. WORK-IN-PROGRESS UPDATES
My commission updates are limited unless you paid 2 usd more during the application process
3. RIGHTS TO THE ART
All rights to the artwork belong to me (Kaman).You are allowed to post or share it anywhere and use it for sale but it must not exceed the original price of the commission.You are not allowed to heavily edit, trace or reference any of the artwork that I may make for you (e.g. Using the outlines or structures of the commission for personal use).
4. REFUNDS POLICY
Refunds are always available if the piece has not been started. If you changeHowever, if the commission has been started half of the fee will be deducted.It is not possible to request a refund after the piece has been completed
